Delivery

All Australian, New Zealand, Oceania and Asia deliveries are sent by Australia Post with the choice of Regular or Express post at checkout. Delivery charges are calculated using Australia Post rates.

Deliveries to Europe, Africa, North America and South America will be sent by a reliable 3rd party at the discretion of Mayleno Group Pty Ltd at such time the orders are placed. We will always select the safest and quickest way to ensure you receive our goods, in a timely manner without compromising the quality of our product/s.

Please provide us with order notes if there are any specific delivery requests.

All delivery times are an estimate. In the event any delivery arrives outside the estimated time, Mayleno Group Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage or cost incurred. Our delivery options are based on estimated times and cannot be guaranteed. Customers should double check their orders before signing the parcels. After an order has been accepted, Mayleno Group Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for the goods and are not liable for any damage.

Custom fees for the products are levied by local governments – laws from nation to nation vary. Unfortunately import taxes are something that Mayleno Group Pty Ltd cannot pay for as they are not a set amount, are charged by the local government for receipt of the products, and are the responsibility of the importer.
